1. Cancellations by Customers
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full amount.

2. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:

A full refund

A rescheduled date

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for booking.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Modifications
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
